By signing in or using Aooform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

• You must sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for maintaining its security.
• You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country).

You retain ownership of all forms and responses you create or collect through Aooform. We process your data only to provide the service to you.

You warrant that the content of your forms does not violate any law or third-party right, and that you comply with applicable data protection laws (such as PDPA or GDPR) for any personal data you collect from respondents.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Collect data without the respondent's consent.
• Mislead, defraud, or engage in unlawful conduct.
• Distribute unlawful, obscene, or hateful content.
• Attack, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Send spam, malware, or harmful files.
• Place an unreasonable burden on the service or disrupt other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@aooform.com.

Aooform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or other losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
